How am I supposed to submit 12th class mark sheet if exams for class 12 will not be completed by October (for registration)?
In my state, Exams for class 12 will be conducted in march, But UCEED is conducted in January, how am I supposed to register online since I do not have the mark sheet that they provided by October? Or am I missing something?

You need to not produce marks sheet, you can just mention that you are appearing for 12th exams this year. The options are already mentioned in the online forms you need not worry just fill the application form when it's out.
