How and from where should I pursue M.Tech with structural engineering?

You need to have a minimum of 60% in your 10th, 12th and graduation degree to pursue this course from a good college.
You can do this course from one of these colleges:
1. Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, Indore (madhya pradesh)
2. UP Technical University (Instt of engineering and Tech) Luc

For M.Tech in structural engineering, IIT Kanpur is the best institute in India. Besides this, you can choose IIT Bombay, IIT Chennai, IIT Guwahati, IISC Shibpur and BITS Pilani. They are just excellent for structural engineering.
