How and what should I prepare to do Ph.D from IIMs or any premium B-School? What will be the fees and course duration in both the colleges?

Please take one step at a time.
1. Complete your graduation.
2. Pursue your post graduation and try to score more than 55% marks.
3. Try and pursue Masters program in the relevant area from an institute where you would like to pursue PhD. In such a case, admission for PhD becomes easier.

You can enroll yourself as an external PhD student as well & continue working along with pursuing PhD. In case your thesis/research topic for PhD is related to your work area then your work experience can be of relevance.
