You need to apply online on the Delhi University website. There is no entrance. Your percentage in best four subjects is considered. Once the application deadline is over, all colleges come out with their cut-off percentage for different courses. You can visit the colleges where you meet the cut-off

No no. U can apply if u have appeared 12th. If you get selected, u wl b offered provisional admission till u get your 12th result. After result out, u hv to submit photocopy and produce the original result infront of competent authority.
