<p>This institute has an excellent placement cell. It offers a special 1-year certificate course that trains the students to face and crack the interviews with essential skills. Encompass, Showtime, and Edumedia are some of the companies that visit our college for recruitment. Companies visit the campus and students are also provided reference to the pool campus. In terms of internship also the placement cell assists. However, one can look for internship opportunities outside as well. The average salary package offered is INR 5 LPA- INR 6 LPA, and the lowest salary package is INR 3.8 LPA. In addition to this, the institute has a training and placement cell that provides live event exposure and hands-on training to the students. Some of the recruiters who have visited RCCM include McDonald's, Showboat Entertainment, Wizcraft, edumedia, Showtime, Biggaze, LVS Group, etc.&nbsp;</p>
