The placements for B.Sc. (Hons.) in Computer Science at Hansraj College are not very promising, with only 2-3 students taking up jobs after graduation in the 2013 batch. However, the placement rate and packages have been increasing over time, with 180+ offers made and a the highest package of 31 LPA in the 2018-19 placements. The faculty at Hansraj College is also good, and the college has a strong placement cell. Nevertheless, the placement factor is not as good as a B.Tech from a private university, and students may need to do competitive programming to get hired by top companies like Google and Microsoft.
