How are D.Pharma placements at College of Pharmacy, SRM IST, Chennai?

<p>After the completion of D. Pharm from College of Pharmacy, SRM IST, Chennai, placements are mainly in hospitals, retail pharmacies, and pharmaceutical companies as entry-level positions. A major percentage of M. Pharm and B. Pharm students have placement opportunities; D. Pharm students are indirectly benefiting from the SRM's industry network and placement cell. Placement roles offered to pharmacy graduates as assistants in a pharmacy, drug safety associate, and sales or marketing positions in pharmaceutical companies. SRM IST also helps its students in internships. The students may get placement in permanent positions through the internships. However, D.Pharm placements are mainly for those students who require immediate employment and at lower levels and not at advanced level where a degree like B.Pharm or M.Pharm is required.</p>
