<p>Similar are the placements offered in both universities: DES Pune University and JSPM University, while in other regards they vary. DES Pune University is also pretty well regarding the placement records since there have been pretty good record holders especially in the streams of management and commerce along with a good average pay ranging between INR 4 and 6 Lacs PA. The average packages offered are lower, that is, at INR 3 to 5 LPA though the college has industry exposure and dedicated placement cell; both the colleges offer skills development and internship programs though the reputation and network at DES would be slightly better given its existing history and its reach in the industry.</p>
