How are employers benefitted with green listed job roles in New Zealand?

If an employer wishes to hire a migrant on the Accredited Employer Work visa and the role is on the green list, they need not advertise for a job check. The employer can complete the job check without proof of advertising as long as the minimum requirements for the role match the minimum requirements given in the green list.
