Although GNLU and UPES reflect almost same placement ratios and packages. But if we compare both of these, GNLU stands quite better. The highest package offered at GNLU was around 16 LPA, while at UPES, it was around 15 LPA. Taking about the average packages, UPES offerd 5-6 LPA and GNLU offered 11
