How are job opportunities in Canada when compared to USA after completing MS in electronics?

I wanted a comparison between the level of education which we gonna receive in Canada and USA and also as THE ECONOMIC IMBALANCE talk is in the air and as we spend so much in dollars, so I just wanted to know which country is good in returns; return in terms of both Quality education and jobs
