The Central University of Jharkhand (CUJ) has a placement cell that offers guest lectures, internships, and industrial visits to help students gain industry knowledge. The cell also conducts activities like aptitude training, mock interviews, group discussions, and soft skill development programs to help students get hired by top companies. As of February 10, 2023, 38 MBA students had received 44 job offers, with the highest package offered being INR 6.86 LPA. Some of the companies that recruited students include:
