It attracts a wide range of top recruiters, including Amazon, Accenture, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and more. The average package for MBA graduates is INR 18 LPA, and the highest package offered in 2023 was INR 45.5 LPA. The lowest package is INR 8 LPA.

    Some of the major recruiters at IIA are Vistara, Emirates, Air India, Indigo, SpiceJet, Taj, JW Marriott, ITC Hotels, and Radisson Hotels. IIA also places many candidates in airlines every month through quality training and interview rounds conducted by leading airline HR managers.

    The highest package offered at IIA Bangalore for the 2023 placement season was INR 45.5 LPA. This was offered to a student from the MBA program. The average package for BBA graduates was INR 10 LPA. The highest package offered for the MBA programme was INR 35 LPA. During Bangalore University MBA placements 2021, a total number of 2,000 students participated in the final placement drive and over 300 candidates were placed by top MNCs.
