Dear Aditi sharma,
New IIMs are there around 7-8, some more 2-3 are lined up. These IIMs are yet to receive top companies and top packages. Secondly, their fee structures are less than older ones. Their infrastructure may not be on par with older ones. However, IIM brand that you will be receiving.
