<p>Placements in IISWBM is 100% for most of the courses except for MBA ( evening ) course though it is a full time course but the college does not provide placement for the perticular course.Regarding this matter college is genuine about their records they do not mislead students or make any fake promises.The biggest question is about the CTC offered while placements, whether it is fulfilling your ROI ( return on investment ).</p><p>IISWBM is a mid end college for MBA. You can expect packages from 4-5 Lacs at IISWBM.Pro Tip while evaluating BSchools:</p><p>Read the placement reports and then refer to the recruiters. Go to glass door to find out the roles that are offered in that salary range. Find some alumni from linkedin. If you find all the cards are falling into place, then you can be sure that they aren't bluffing on their report (Which is so commonplace that it is almost scary). Regards.</p><p>To be frank, Social Work Profession in India is still considered as ordinary profession than other professions, it is really sad situation. Maybe Politicians think Professional Social Workers can be hindrance for them.</p><p>If you love the Profession, do MSW &amp; transform yourself as an Empathetic Person, then you can always secure a job.</p>
