    Delhi University is well known for its academics in almost every field, including law. The DU has a dedicated placement and internship committee that prepares graduates for a career in law. LL.B. Graduates are offered job opportunities in reputed law firms such as DSLSA, Live Law, Vanta Legal, etc. According to previous year's placement data, graduates were offered an average salary package of around 5 LPA. The majority of DU law graduates prefer to do litigation work under lawyers in various courts. Some others prefer the job of legal consultant and analyst at different firms.

    Law firms prefer NLU's for placements instead of Delhi University where most of law graduates are inclined towards litigation/Judiciary prep or other services. Very limited number of students are interested in placements and ratio of intake by law firms to students sitting in placements is 9:10. So those who are interested in placements in law have good chance of getting placed. Though All top law firms doesn't even come to DU. They know DU LL.B. Graduates are least interested in law firms. Those who are looking for placements in top law firms are suggested to prefer NLUs. If you want to practice in courts then LL.B. From Delhi Univers
