how are placements at LIBA?

This year the placement scenario at LIBA showed a marked improvement in the jobs bagged as well as the packages offered. Just as the country has seen the recession off, similarly placements at LIBA have shrugged off the downward trend. This year saw a phenomenal response from Companies with many new companies visiting campus during the Placement week. Companies like Yes Bank, HDFC Standard Life, Bajaj Allianz, Birlasoft visited LIBA for the first time as well as past recruiters like Asian Paints, CavinKare amongst others. Around 80% of the batch was placed during the placement week itself and LIBA has had 100% Final placements recorded this year as well. The highest package offered this academic year was Rs. 15 Lakhs with average being Rs. 8 Lakhs.
