How are placements for finance? I have read mixed reviews. What are the maximum and minimum packages offered?

Placements have been good last year.we had conpanies like factset, verity, eClerx, sbi life, icici coming up.almost all students who sat for the placements are placed.highest in finance was around 9lpa.min would be 5.5lpa.the average was around 6.5lpa.
