Dear, LPU has a dedicated placement cell which guide and support its students. The cell conducts regular placement drives, career fairs, and recruitment events where leading companies visit the campus to hire students for internships, full-time roles, and graduate programs. These collaborations not only lead to direct recruitment opportunities but also provide students with access to industry-specific internships,  training programs, and live projects. The close tie-ups with these companies ensure that LPU students are well-positioned for recruitment when they graduate.

Hi there,

Yes, LPU conducted LPUNEST entrance test for its various programmes. However, it depends upon in which stream you want to take admission. For many UG/PG programmes such as btech, B.Sc agriculture, law, management etc. test is mandatory for both admission and scholarship purpose. For some other courses such as computer application, BBA, hotel management, Bsc IT,   commerce,   arts etc. test is only for scholarship purpose .

I hope this helps,

Thank you.

Both Chandigarh University (CU) and Lovely Professional University (LPU) are known for engineering, but if we think of Electrical Engineering, LPU appears better in many ways. After you log in to the counselling portal after the results go out, you need to honestly fill your choices of course/specialization.
