Students are informed through official notices, the university website/LMS, and iCloudEMS. iCloudEMS is especially useful for checking timetables, exam-related updates, circulars, admit cards and other academic information, so students should check it regularly.

Critical announcements regarding exams, registration deadlines and holidays are sent directly to each student's university-issued email address and about academic schedule changes, examinations and official announcements primarily are done through the iCloudEMS Portal.
