'How are the assessments conducted for the BA programme Maitreyi College?

<p>Maitreyi College follows a system of evaluation for the BA course by semester exams and continuous evaluation. The semester examination usually consists of written tests and project work so that the performance of the students can be assessed in their entirety. Besides, regular assignments and even class participation are also evaluated. It follows the University guidelines-University of Delhi, which puts more emphasis on theoretical and practical assessments to evaluate the level of understanding and skills of the students. This planned approach gives a way of assessing the progress of students during any given year.</p>
