How are the B.Com placements at MLAC?

<p>According to students' feedback on Shiksha, the BCom placements at MLAC have been fairly decent. Some believe that the recruitment process has not matched up to their expectations regarding the companies and opportunities, while others have praised their placements. The placement opportunities seem less in number as only a few companies visit the campus for recruitment. The average package runs from INR 1.5 Lacs to INR 3.5 Lacs per year. The top recruiting companies include Cognizant, Accenture, and Deloitte. Most of the students were placed for internships at smaller companies. The role may vary from accountant to Research Manager, HR position, and front and back office roles. Though the placement scenario is still developing, with openings coming up in diverse fields, it now seems the case is changing for BPO, KPO, sales, and marketing roles.</p>
