The college is affiliated with Rani Channamma University, Belagavi, and has NAAC accreditation with A grade. The college offers three undergraduate courses, namely B.Com, BBA, BCA, and two postgraduate courses, namely MCom and MBA, which is approved by AICTE.

The UGC granted it Autonomous Status in 2007 for UG Programme and in 2008 for PG programme. Many value-added courses are also offered.

The college is located in BLDE Association's new campus on Solapur Road and has excellent infrastructure. Of the 24 classrooms, 19 classrooms have information and communication technology facilities. The college has a student strength of around 1,20
