On an average there were more young and energetic faculty members rather than experienced ones. But ideally they were a mixture of less experience and more enthusiastic.

There aren't many, but they're all excellent and have a lot of expertise. There are some guest faculty members present, but not many from the sector; they are primarily supporting. It's not good when certain professors teach straight from the text. Very little technology is used in the classroom. However, some have a lot of experience and have been teaching for a long time.
