Students of Institute of Management are awarded degree by Christ University. Christ University is a private university and was declared as an institution deemed to be university under section 3 of UGC Act 1956 by the Ministry of Human Resources Development, Government of India. Therefore Institute of Management, Christ University does not require AICTE recognition. Degrees awarded by colleges under university are valid for higher studies and jobs in India and abroad.
