Facilities are good in Vellore Institute for mechanical engineering.
Very few core mechanical companies come in VIT , Vellore and most of the mechanical students get placed in consultancy and IT companies but the packages are decent nevertheless. The highest CTC for 2020 batch was INR 41.6 LPA. The lowest CTC was INR 3 LPA. The average package was around 6.72 LPA
