How are the facilities at Jaypee, Solan?

Jaypee, Salon Hostels: About 90% of the students live on-campus. On-campus boarding capacity is for up to 1500 students in various hostel buildings named Shastri Bhawan, Geeta Bhawan, Parmar Bhawan and Azad Bhawan. All rooms are provided with Internet access, Blower and Furniture. Single and double rooms are available with the former being slightly more expensive. Each student is provided with a bed, an almirah, a rack and shelf and a table. Food at the college mess, Annapurna, is available to students, charges included in boarding fees. Gymnasium, Television, Sports Complex facilities are also available. Hostel rooms are provided with LAN Ports for individuals Internet facilities. A daily limit of 1 GB for Students has been set. Student Counsellor To provide emotional and counselling support to the students of JUIT the university has on campus a student Counsellor whose services are offered free of cost to every student of JUIT. A fully automated Learning Resource Center stacked with latest books, journals (online and print) for research and development work. Physics Lab: For experiments on optics & nanotechnology related areas Electronics & Communication Labs Civil Infrastructural Labs Biotechnology & Bioinformatics Research and Academic Labs There are two large student dining halls. Nutritious food decided by the mess administration is provided to students three times a day and hot milk at night. For eating off campus, students have the option of food kiosks and dhabas by local residents. There are more than more than 1000 IBM, HP, Lenovo and Dell desktops in the academic block available to students in nine computer labs. A UNIX (OS - Sun Solaris 9) lab has recently been discontinued. Centralized resources including networked printers and scanners are available to students. Computers are also available in the Learning Resource Center for students access.

The facilities of this college are awesome as this college has the best infra than any other college in the whole of Himachal region.
