Hi Abhishek, Faculties are highly experienced and they are very supportive and a lot of the faculties have received some kind of appreciation award from somewhere and they've always helped the students to grow and learn a lot more. Mostly faculties are from IITs,NIT s and GATE qualified with PhD degree and having 3-4 research paper publish. Most of them are also having postdoctoral degree from renowned foreign University. Professors of LPU are renowned for their friendly, open door approach. They bring their passion and enthusiasm for teaching into the classroom providing an intimate, interactive, personalized approach to learning The faculty recruited by the university are only either experienced or an alumni of NIT's or IIT's,IIMs Teaching mode is English, thus students who come from across India will be comfortable. The faculties are quite understanding. Though, academically, they will teach you stuff at beginner level. Some teachers are really good. In the first year, teachers will be associate professors, not highly qualified. In the second year, there will be professors, who are well qualified and experienced as well. Later in the third and fourth semesters, teachers are fine but at the end not that much capable to make you stand in the list of elites except few. Though, if you find any difficulty with regard to the faculty, you can consult your HODs and they work actively to resolve your problem. One important thing, don't compare the faculties with the faculties of IIT and NIT. Feel free to ask if any query is still left.

Hi, LPU has more than 2300 faculty members, in CSE there are about 200 of them, the majority being PhDs or Post Doctorate. As CSE is one of the most sought after and flagship programs of the university, there are a lot of faculty members who are industry experienced and have international exposure. 70+ faculty/staff members have been from foreign countries.
