NIET Noida has trained and experienced faculty members. NIET Noida employs professionals in the post of Assistant Professors, Dy. Head and Assistant Professors, Professor and HOD, Professor and Dean, and others. The Noida Institute of Engineering and Technology also invites guest faculty for workshops and lectures. The NIET Noida faculty and non-faculty members are given trainings from time to time to keep them updated and the faculty also act as mentor to students.

The faculty of the college is well knowledgeable about their subjects. The facilities of NIET hold Ph.D. degrees and some assistant professors hold M.Tech. Degrees. They help students in solving their queries of only the particular subject which they taught to students. They help students to gain knowledge about the subject which they are taught.
