How are the faculty members at Quantum University?

The programme provides wide range of management education, interdisciplinary programs, entrepreneurship skill, communication skills etc.this year will be 12th batch of MBA and 10 batches have passed out and have been placed with best MNC's in india .our the highest package in MBA has been 14 Lacs and our average package is around 5 lakh. Every year almost 85% of our batch gets placed and the rest opt for higher studies like PHD. Some of the companies like HDFC bank, CocaCola, Axis Bank, Amazon, Flipkart and many more well known international companies hired students.

HI I have done my MBA in human resource management from quantum university Although the pandemic made my final year different to what was expected. The staff were very supportive and always were there to offer help and advice when needed. They also understood and took our personal life and wellbeing into consideration and were very understanding. Overall, my experience at this university has been pretty good. so according to my knowledge There are many sectors in which HR graduates can get highly paid jobs.

They may work for government sectors, private companies, banking sectors, educational institutes, multinational companies, research, consultancies, and many more. Human resources managers undertake the management of a company's recruitment process. They also maintain department records, review performances and wages and ensure workplace health and safety compliance. HR managers act as mediators between executives and employees, take disciplinary actions and resolve disputes. The skill set of the current job role includes Customer Service, Performance Management, HRIS, On boarding, Employee Relations, is a very crucial department in any company. These r professionals bring good talent to the company where they can aid the company to grow to a newer heights. To scout for the talent and to make sure that they stay retained for long is a skill to have and is not easy. The MBA in HR is a very demanded field and has a high scope in coming times.

My friend from school used to be a student of Quantum University. She completed her MBA in finance and secured a lucrative job at Yes Bank with a package of 10 LPA.
