How are the grade points average scored in 12th class from state boards converted into percentages for admission into DU colleges?

I completed my 12th class from Andhra Pradesh state board with 10 C. G. P. A.

They have their own criteria of calculating their own scores like if you score A in maths and B in computers then they have the criteria that if A student is scoring A in maths and B in computers then he must be having a percentage of 75.
