HR at MITSOM is good as with regards to academic. People opting for HR are less as compared to marketing and finance. So there are good opportunities for good placement. Capgemini, Tata technology, TCS etc come for HR field.

Go for next MAT or coming year CAT for a healthy score. So that, you do not need to ask this. Nobody can predict the situation of placement in an average B School. Average placement is Rs 4.5 lakh and for HR may be it's low. I advice you to don't go for it for HR. If you go for finance or markeing it's decent. If you want HR try for get admission In top MBA colleges.
