How are the job opportunities after doing mechatronics engineering? I have completed 12th from Tamil Nadu education board.

Hello Ashkin, It is very nice to hear from you that you are interested in the mechatronics branch of engineering even though you have just appeared for your class 12th. Let me first congratulate you for deciding your aim as to what you want to become in your life. This can be termed as almost half the battle won. Mechatronics as branch has made its appearance only recently but it has found many takers in the industry. This is now perhaps the highly sought after branch by the students because placements are quite good and in the years to come placements are expected to only become better and better. In view of this I would like to advise you not to worry but go ahead and secure admission in this branch which you can do my scoring better marks in 12th since admissions in Tamil Nadu or based on the marks obtained in class 12th.
