How are the job opportunities differ in both MBA as well as PGDM?

There is no such difference when it comes to job opportunities offered to an MBA graduate or a PGDM graduate. They both get equal opportunities to sit in the placement drive. It has also been found that both MBA and PGDM students are treated equally by top recruiters. The basic reason behind why postgraduate courses are named as PGDM is on account of when an institute is a self-governing body (which means it is not affiliated with any university) then such institutes can't offer MBA degree. When an institute secures independence, they plan their own educational modules to be instructed as opposed to taking after obsolete university syllabus. The reason behind why they did this is on the grounds that the educational modules can be refreshed frequently relying upon the need in the industry. Henceforth, one can state that PGDM courses are more industry pertinent when contrasted with MBA courses. On the other hand, MBA is a two-year administration degree grows to Master of Business Administration, no one but universities can concede MBA degrees. It could be any foreign or Indian university.
