    LPU is the best university not only for mechanical engineering but also for other courses, degrees, and Diplomas as well.     LPU has excellent placements for mechanical engineering. My friend did B.Tech and M.Tech in mechanical engineering from LPU and got placed in an MNC. The highest package offered for this programme at LPU is 31 LPA.
    90% of Multinational companies visit LPU for recruitment purposes. The university has been ranked high by outer agencies also with regard to placements of students. Around 550+ companies visit every year for campus recruitment of students from LPU. LPU is an axis for Joint campus placement drives.     Being LPU alumni I would recommend B.Tech Mechanical from LPU, I am sharing my friend review regarding this course, His experience at LPU was amazing, Currently he is working with XL Dynamics with decent package. As a general rule for placements, a lot more will depend upon your own hard work, communication & presentation skills and overall preparation. This would be true for any university you enroll in. Hello, whether it's Automobile or any other branch, duration for Diploma is three years after 10th board. However as per National Education Policy, once a student gets admission, after 12th board, once the students complete two years, they will be entitled to receive diploma. Then they can either leave the course or continue the same for one or two more years, they will be entitled for higher recognition.

Quantum University is good for B.Tech Mechanical Engineering, especially if you want practical learning along with theory. From a student point of view, I feel the mechanical department is strong and the teachers are supportive.
