You must have a valid score in any one of these:
👉 Thapar does not conduct its own MBA entrance test.
2️⃣ Shortlisting
Candidates are shortlisted based on:
Entrance exam score (main factor)
Past academics (10th, 12th, graduation)
Work experience (if any – adds value, not mandatory)
Cutoffs are moderate, but higher than most private universities.
3️⃣ Personal Interview (PI)
Shortlisted candidates are called for:
Personal Interview
Focus areas:
Communication skills
Basic management awareness
Clarity of goals (why MBA, why Thapar)
Academic & work background
(No GD in most recent cycles — PI is key.)
4️⃣ Final Merit List
Final selection is based on a composite score:
