Hello Aditi! If you mean the IIMs started 6-7 years ago, the placements are quite good. The average package is around Rs 10-12 lakhs. Within a short span of time, they have surely made a mark for themselves. -
Well, if you've heard for reliable sources like The Hindu or the Economic Times it is true. The salary at the top 3 IIMs are very high.
Before I mention the salaries, let me start by saying that there are two types of placements:
The Summer Placements: These are internships and salary may range from a few lakhs to even 10,000 per month and is for a period of two to three months. This internship may turn into a full time job based on your performance.
