How are the placement in LPU for MBA students?

I did MBA from Lovely Professional University. The Business School of LPU is accredited from (ACBSP) Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs from the USA ensuring quality education and industry experienced faculty members, studying in LPU will get a degree accredited from a body of USA. Hello, I passed out in 2019 from the LPU (CSE BRANCH). I had a lot of my friends who completed their MBA from LPU. As per their feedback and experience of MBA in LPU. LPU is one of the best places in the country to pursue an MBA. MBA programme comes under Mittal School of Business which is among the first 10 institutions in India to get ACBSP (USA). The highest Package in MBA last year was 21 Lacs per annum and the average package was 5 to 6 Lacs per annum. Faculty in the MBA department is well-experienced and have expert knowledge who work on skill enhancement of students. There are lots of career opportunities after MBA in different areas. The university also gives the opportunity to get real-life exposure through various training programs and an internship, which is mandatory for all. Professors go for value-based education which is something as professionals would require in their career. Guest lectures by experts and some successful people are arranged by the department to widen the scope of learning. Most of faculty members are from IIM or from elite B- Schools (India/Abroad. They have a decade of experience. The faculty is really helping. Even they helped after regular university hours for her projects. Entrepreneurship projects are integral part of the curriculum and help establish themselves as successful entrepreneurs. Dear Anshu, I did my MBA at LPU, therefore, I can answer this question better. Also, in my view, I think you should not worry about the placements. If you work hard in the course and learn as much as you can, any company visiting the campus would be happy to hire you. However, you must not neglect to polish your communication skills as well, because companies will check that in their interviews. LPU provides plenty of opportunities to its students to take part in events, competitions, fests in order to let them grow their personalities and give them a chance to polish their skills. The package depends on what the student can show to the recruiters, how much he is worth or deserves. There were some students who cracked the placement and got offered 21 LPA, while many failed to do so. On average, the MBA students of LPU are offered and placed in the starting package of 4.5 TO 6 LPA (Fixed salary) while there may be cases of students getting less than that or more than that. Every year around 100-150 companies visit LPU to recruit MBAs. Among the companies are some big names like Amazon, Flipkart, Moody Analytics, ICICI, HDFC, AXIS, FEDERAL BANK, WNS GLOBAL, ITC, 99 Acres, COLGATE, ASIAN PAINTS, BERGER, NERO LAC, CAVIN CARE, etc. , from all domains visit LPU to recruit the students and these are good companies. I remember during my batch almost all the students got placed, there were hardly few left and those were determined for either higher education or some business plans. LPU saw participation from over 800 companies in the recent 2020 placements and saw a great jump in the highest package that reached 42 LPA. The highest stipend also touched Rs 80,000 for the final placements 2020. Recently one of my friend also completed his MBA from LPU. So I will share few stats of recently placements at LPU for your further clarification. With a track record of 100% placements for most of its courses, the final placement session of LPU witnessed high salary packages offered by top-notch companies for recent years.
