OLPU is ranked among top-100 in the Overall as well as University category by NIRF-2020 rankings. It has also bagged many other prestigious accreditation/rankings/awards. Even during the pandemic, there was no full stop on placements. The university has been ranked high by various outer agencies with regard to the placements of the students. LPU is conferred with National Employability Award 2020 by Aspiring Minds for the 7th time in a row for most Employable Students and one among the top colleges and universities in India with one of the highest Employability rates. LPU is ranked 10th Best Training and Placements Institutions in India for 2019 by The Knowledge Review. Business Today ranked LPU among the Top 100 Private State Universities in the Placement Performance.

Being an alumni I would like to capture on the following : In LPU, 300+ Campus placement drives with reputed brands used to be held every year for this course. Students are placed in the best brands like MICROSOFT, AMAZON, DIRECTI, INFOSYS, IBM, BOSCH ENGINEERING, HEWLETT PACKARD, VMWARE SOFTWARE, CAPGEMINI, TECH MAHINDRA, COGNIZANT TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS, ADOBE SYSTEMS INDIA, TCS, ITC INFOTECH, HCL TECHNOLOGY etc. In terms of placement in 2020, it was really tough for all to proceed further. Its tough for a University who wants to promote its student to get excellent placement. Its tough for the companies also to take decision on the acquisition of excellent young talents. Thanks to the availability of advanced technologies, upgraded stuffs in LPU &amp; since the students were well prepared by LPU to overcome any of the situations to achieve their final goal, Lovely Professional University managed to achieve excellent placement record as always by securing more than 7000 job offers, internships, training for its students. Last Year Placement record in LPU for B.Tech. CSE (Till Date In spite of worldwide Pandemic Situation) For 2020 - 21 session - Availed package is 31 LPA (CLOUDERA) Placement Session is still LIVE 42 LPA (Microsoft) was the highest salary package of the session of 2019-2020. 92% students got placed till date instead of this pandemic situation. Aspiring Minds presented the National Employability Award 2022 to LPU for being amongst the Top 10% Institutes in India that excelled in AMCAT for the 2nd consecutive year, basis the students performance. LPU is ranked 10th Best Training and Placements Institutions in India for 2019 by The Knowledge Review. On an average, more than 1000 companies visit every year for various industry-academia activities and campus-recruitment of students from LPU The highest package offered during LPU placements 2022 stood at INR 64 LPA. The highest package was grabbed by a B.Tech CSE student of LPU, and the offer was made by Google. A few of them are Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, etc. In which are placed. The maximum package availed for CSE is 42 lacs. Per annum by Microsoft in 2020. DURING PANDEMIC THE PLACEMENT 20202021 Cloud ERA has offered 31 Lacs Per annum (CSE) DURING 20192020 CODE NATION = 31 LPA.
