How are the placements and hostel facilities in LPU?

Coming to the second query regarding the hostel, I would like to highlight some of the features. 1.Turnstile gates are there at the entry of every hostel, and CCTvs are also installed in every hostel for security reasons. Moreover, security guards are there in every hostel, and on campus, you will find security guards at every 100 m. 2.Proper cleaning is there for hostel rooms. 3.24*7 electricity, water supply, and Wi-fi facility. 4.If there is any issue related to the room, you can put online requests or complaints about the same (RMS) through UMS. For example, If the fan stopped working, just lodge the complaint and resolve it as soon as possible. 5.Apart from mess facilities, every hostel has a departmental store and a canteen so that all the student's needs are fulfilled. You can choose any of the options depending on your preference. But whichever room you choose, you will get everything you need inside the room. The beds are super comfortable, the room is well lit, there are airy windows and there is a study table for each of the beds. The hostel rooms also have attached washrooms with geysers and 24X7 water running. The rooms are basically decorated with curtains but students also decorate them with LED lights. Hi Gagan, the hostels of LPU are most comfortable and damn strict. There is no compromise when it comes to the security of the students. LPU residential facilities are as state of the art as the campus is. There is round-the-clock vigil through security cameras and there is a huge army of security personnel deployed all over the university. LPU has a hostel from 1 seater to 6 Seater including the Ac and Non AC. To maintain cleanliness, rooms are cleaned about 23 times per week. The room has an Air Conditioner, attached washroom, and Geyser in each room. Wooden Box Bed, Study Table, Chair and Almirah. Students have to seek permission to use electrical gadgets having maximum load upto 5 ampere per apartment. One and two Seater apartments have attached lobby and kitchenette. There is an electricity backup and water supply. In addition to it, staff assistance and medical service (Medicines and tests On Payment). Study Room, TV Room, Lift Facility, Fire Fighting System, Purified Water Facility, Maintenance Services, Wi-Fi Service, Free Electricity Units (As Applicable). There is 24 Hrs. electricity backup Water Supply, and services available. There are mess services, laundry services, dedicated parking, departmental store, cafeteria, saloon for boys, printing and copier machines, shops in all hostels, Guest Rooms, Car Wash Facility, Shopping Mall and Tuck Shops. From ala carte to regional mess, the LPU hostel has all. It has North Indian, South Indian, Rajasthani and many other regional messes. A student can choose the food as per his or her taste. The quality of food is good. Parathas, Butter, Curd, Milk, Tea is served at breakfast. In lunch Dry Vegetables, Dal, any Gravy item, Rice, Chapati and Raita are served. The dinner Chapati, Seasonal Vegetables, Rice and Desserts. The campus is ragging-free, drug-free and tobacco-free. If someone has a problem in connection with the residential facilities room, one can lodge a complaint. The hostel management looks into the matter and resolves it at the earliest.There are female security guards who look after the security of the girl's hostel. The campus is ragging-free, tobacco-free, and drug-free so there is no need to fear. Placements: From March 2020 till August 2021 saw offers crossing 8500+ and counting. Particularly for the session 2020-21, Cognizant and Capgemini has recognized LPU for generating &quot;Highest number of placements offers in North India '' separately with each of the two recruiters.

Dear Gagan, LPU provides ample opportunities to each and every of the eligible students to secure good placement.There is a huge opportunity to get placed in a good MNC through Lovely Professional University.Many placement drives are organised by the university to get more jobs for their students. Many companies visit here for placement drive, and it is awarded for the most number of placements in a year.Around 550+ companies visit every year for such activities and campus-recruitment of students from LPU. Companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Dell, Dainkin, HCL,Bosch,Samsung are visiting campus for recruitment. The first thing that almost parents are concerned about is the safety. And LPU is one campus that takes security of all their students very seriously. There are automated biometric machines that keep a record of each entry and exit in the hostel. Next comes food, the mess here is super hygienic and provides us with quality food four times a day. We also have an in-house hospital in the campus that is staffed with resident medical officers. There is also medical lab, dieticians, and physiotherapists who take proper care of our health. Overall, my experience at the LPU hostel has been delightful thus far. I look forward to explore more and ensure that I avail all the benefits provided to us.

The main library is a nine story building and is well equipped, besides this there are libraries in each block. 5.Placement preparation starts right from the beginning and the placement and career department is one of the largest and best in India. 6.LPU gives impetus to aid research and offers financial aids too for propelling research. 7. The School of Professional Enhancement gives the necessary analytical, logical skills and soft skills to polish the student to the core to make him placement ready.Even mock placement drives are held. 8.
