Placements at AIMT have an average rate of 60-70%, with packages ranging from INR 3–4 LPA, and the highest reaching INR 10–12 LPA.

Ambalika Institute of Management and Technology (AIMT) has a good placement record in its B.E. / B.Tech courses, but it is especially proud of its MBA placements. For 2024, the Computer Science branch had 98 placements, along with 20 from the MBA program. The highest salary package offered reached INR 21 LPA while average packages were around INR 5 LPA. Among the major recruiters, there are TCS, Wipro, Amazon, and BNY Mellon. The institute has a dedicated placement cell that provides many training programs to students, hence nearly 90% placement; it again proves the effectiveness of AIMT in providing employment to students.
