Indira College of Engineering and Management has a very good placement record. The placement rate of students ranges between 65% to 70%. The average salary package is around INR 4.3 Lacs per annum. The highest packages is about INR 12 Lacs per annum. Companies like Xoriant, L&T, Goldman Sachs, and Harbinger recruit students from the campus. The placement cell of the college has conducted personalized development and aptitude classes to enhance student readiness in the job market. Indira College of Engineering Management (ICEM) in Pune has a strong placement history in the last few years. It has about 188 students in 2022, with the highest salary package offered at ?12.05 LPA and the average package around ?5. In Indira college of engineering and management, Indira group of institutions has a wide range of placement opportunities every year nearly 150 companies are visiting and hiring the students with the minimum LPA OF 4LPA and maximum 8LPa and average package is about 6LPA. and also so many intership oppurtunities also providing the by the top companies like TCL AND WIPRO

In Indira College of Engineering and management has every year minimum 100 to 150 companies are visit in a campus for summer training and final placement, and there is a one exam in which you want to clear the exam and after that the HR interview has been done.

Minimum salary package is 4 to 5 LPA and maximum is 7 to 9 LPA
