How are the placements and salary packages at Lucknow Institute of Technology?

<p>The placements at Lucknow Institute of Technology (LIT) have been mixed in different years. Recent statistics showed that around 80 percent of students are placed there, with the highest package reaching up to INR 10 LPA and average salary package around INR 4 LPA for recent placement drives. The placement cell proactively invites top companies such as TCS, Infosys, HCL, and Google to recruit at the campus, thus enhancing opportunities for students.<br>Earlier, placement data had shown a much more moderate placement rate. Reports from that time stated that only 55 out of 100 students managed to secure a job and the average package was about INR 1.8 LPA in some years. The institute is always striving to better its placement statistics by making the industry relations stronger and also upgrading the curriculum to align it more closely with market needs. Placement success can fluctuate; however, LIT still continues to ensure that it provides value addition to employment for students.</p>

<p>Placements at Lucknow Institute of Technology (LIT) are quite strong since the institute has tie-ups with reputed companies in diverse industries, such as IT, manufacturing, and engineering. The placement cell of LIT works actively in conducting interviews, campus recruitment drives, and interactions with industries. The graduates are recruited into top companies such as TCS, Infosys, Wipro, and so on. The salary packages offered to the students are usually in between 3 LPA-6 LPA, depending upon course and company. Even if they are high performers, those in sought after domains like Computer Science have also received higher packages; otherwise, the top offers received in this college are far greater than 10 LPA.</p>
