Many of the highly skilled faculty members of VIVA Institute of Technology have advanced degrees and real-world industrial experience. They use efficient teaching strategies that prioritize hands-on learning and project supervision. The professors are friendly encouraging and involve students in seminars, hackathons and research. Some students do however complain about uneven treatment, with high achieving kids receiving precedence. Despite some faculty members' lack of industry experience teaching quality is generally high with a 70% semester pass rate. The teachers in the department are youthful and vibrant.
