<p>Placements and salary packages at Xavier Institute of Management and Research are decent. The highest and the average package offered at this Institute during the recent placement drive were INR 7 LPA and INR 5 LPA respectively and almost 90% of the total batch got placed. Talking about the top recruiting companies, they were HDFC bank, HDFC Ltd, Lynk, Kantar group, Reliance, etc. So, on an overall basis, you can except decent salary packages from this Institute. If you are planning to take admission, you are adviced to check other factors also such as infrastructure, faculties, facilities etc.&nbsp;</p>
