BHU Varanasi has been consistent with the placement record of more than 90% of students placed every year. Last year (2018), more than 95% of student got job offers from top recruiters. Top companies that visited the campus for placements include Microsoft, Google, Flipkart, Uber, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Visa and Adobe. In the NIRF Report 2023, the median package offered during BHU UG 4-year and PG 2-year placements 2022 stood at INR 8 LPA. Apart from this, the placement rate recorded during BHU PG 3-year placements 2022 was 91%. BHU Placements 2021: Average Package: INR 7.4 LPA & the highest Package: INR 14 LPA. The highest CTC 16 LPA, the lowest 3-4 LPA and average 7-8 LPA. Top recruiting companies are DHL, IBM, Infosys, genpact, Wipro, L&T Finance, ICICI Bank, SBI Life, IDBI Bank, Ujjivan and Federal Bank.
