DTU has completed its placement drive for the batch passing out in 2022. As per the Statistics available on the official website, 2,459 offers were made in DTU placements for 2022. The average and median packages offered were INR 15.16 LPA and INR 11 LPA. The highest international and domestic packages stood at INR 1.8 crore per annum and INR 64.23 LPA, respectively. It is the best university for placements after IITs, and college life is also the best. Placements: Nearly 80% of the total strength got placed, but 20% of students were left unplaced because they wanted to go for higher studies and work on startups.
