    FISAT ensures that the students are groomed according to the requirements of the industry. In addition to the persistent academic rigour with focus on quality projects, internships and acquiring updated knowledge, every student is made to go through a series of soft skill enhancement training programs during their course for nearly 100 hours. This holistic approach moulds an industry-ready professional who can take up the challenges of the modern world.

    The placement report for 2023 has been made public by the college. During the FISAT postings in 2023, the highest and most common packages were INR 17.04 LPA and INR 5.18 LPA, respectively. As of March 25, 2023, 46 organizations had received a total of 689 bids, according to the placement report for 2023. In addition to this, numerous prestigious corporations, including TCS, IBM, Orion, Cognizant, and IBM, paid a visit to the campus.

FISAT offers PhD, undergraduate, and postgraduate courses to students. These courses are provided across the Engineering, Management, and various other streams. At the undergraduate level, the college offers BTech courses to students. At the postgraduate level, the college offers MTech courses to students. M.Tech is provided in various specialisations such as Power Electronics and Power Systems, Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, Renewable Energy, VLSI & Embedded Systems, and Structural Engineering & Construction Management.
