IIM Sirmaur has a good placement process. It's pre-placement drive starts in the month of February and by the month of September, they get its students placed in good companies. Students face Pre-Placement Talks followed by a QnA where the get to know more about the companies and what they are offering to them. This helps them get prepared for the final interview. They also have the opportunity to interact with the company's official during this time and before their final interview.
