Placements in sikkim university are improving year by year, this year the highest package offered to the student in this university was 12 Lacs with an average of 6 Lacs per year.

Companies like Cipla, HDFC, ONGC, L&T, etc. come in annually and most of the students, during my time, 90% of the students had got placed in good reputed companies, with starting salary ranging from 2-3 Lacs and going as high as 6 Lacs which is excellent considering the outreach and growth stage of the university and the region of the India. In case a student doesn't get placed, the college placement cell helps us in getting an internship at reputed companies which provides us with experience under our belt.
